Payments are processed securely through PayU. We do not store card or UPI credentials on our servers.

Transaction Failures

If a payment fails but your account is debited, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. Please contact us if the reversal is delayed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after return pickup or cancellation approval.
